Changzhou Xuancheng Machinery Co., Ltd. is located beside Changhong Road, Hutang, Wujin District, Changzhou, Jiangsu Province with convenient transportation. It covers an area of about 2,500 ㎡ and the workshop area is about 1,500 ㎡. We have over ten years of experience in processing and manufacturing hardware, military, machinery and special parts for precision instruments, and have obtained ISO9001 quality system certification.
此前我公司主要为美国DANA公司配套小型变速箱内部各类轴类零件；现主要为ABB、施耐德等电气仪表企业提供精密零件加工服务。主营产品包含：弹性拉键、花键轴、阀与阀芯组件，以及各类电气专用零部件。公司恪守质量第一、信誉至上的经营原则，用心服务每一位客户，收获行业广泛好评。
Previously, we mainly produced various shaft parts for small gearboxes for DANA (USA). At present, we supply precision machined parts for electrical instrument manufacturers such as ABB and Schneider. Our main products include elastic splines, spline shafts, valves and spools, and various special electrical components. Adhering to the principle of Quality First, Credit Supreme, we serve every customer sincerely and have won consistent recognition.
本公司为股份制企业，现有员工50余人，其中专业技术人员10余名，订单与生产计划采用信息化软件全流程管控，有效提升生产效率。
We are a joint-stock enterprise with more than 50 employees including over 10 professional technicians. Orders and production plans are managed by information software throughout the whole process to improve production efficiency.
加工设备：加工中心、雕铣铣床共8台，数控车床二十余台，外圆磨床、平面磨床、滚丝机、液压机、钻床、攻丝机等各类设备合计30余台。
Machining Equipment: 8 sets of machining centers & engraving milling machines, more than 20 CNC lathes, plus over 30 sets of cylindrical grinders, surface grinders, thread rolling machines, hydraulic presses, drilling & tapping machines.
检测设备：全数字影像测量仪、硬度计、偏摆仪、各类螺纹塞规、圆塞规、千分尺、卡尺以及各类定制专用检具。
Inspection Equipment: Full digital vision measuring instrument, hardness tester, run-out tester, thread gauges, plug gauges, micrometers, calipers and custom special inspection tools.
